How to play bab

In bab, one AI guard stands in front of one door. Your job is to talk your way inside using only a few short messages. Here is how:

1. Read the scene. Each guard has a setting, a personality, and a reason the door is hard tonight. The clues to what they want are in the brief.
2. Send a message. Type anything: an excuse, a bluff, or the truth. The guard replies in character and pushes back.
3. Earn a PASS. You have only a handful of messages. Convince the guard and the door opens. Run out, and it stays shut.

Tips that actually work

• Be specific. A concrete, believable detail beats a vague story. Guards have heard every generic line.
• Stay consistent. Don't change your story. Guards catch contradictions and call them out.
• Find the hidden rule. Each guard opens for one specific kind of move. What works on one fails on the next, so read their reactions: they warm up when you're close and cool off when you're off.
• Don't beg or bluff cheaply. "I came so far", "I just want a photo", threats, and flattery get you denied.
• The first message never opens the door. Expect to be tested at least once.

كيف تلعب

في باب، حارس واحد واقف قدّام باب واحد، ولازم تقنعه يفتحلك بكم رسالة قصيرة. اقرأ المشهد، ابعت رسالة تقنعه، وعندك رسائل محدودة فخلّي كل رسالة تفرق.

• كن محدّد. تفصيل مقنع أحسن من قصة عامة.
• خلّيك متناسق. لا تغيّر قصّتك، الحارس بيمسك التناقض.
• لاقي القاعدة المخفية. كل حارس بيفتح لحركة معيّنة، واللي بينفع مع واحد بيفشل مع التاني. راقب ردّاته: بيلين لما تقترب، وبيتجمّد لما تبعد.
• بلا تسوّل ولا كذب رخيص. "جيت من بعيد"، "بس صورة"، التهديد والمجاملة بيردّوك.
• أول رسالة ما بتفتح الباب. توقّع إنه يختبرك مرة عالأقل.
